Mariposa De Oro ()

Although this 1978 album was a departure from the classsic guitar work that made Dave Mason famous with his early work from Traffic. This is a great example of Mason's diverse artistic expression and an artist who was at the top of his game during the decade of the 70's.

This album is filled with beautful vocals and phenominal mandolin work. It never received quite the popularity of his earlier work but this is a definate plus for any collection.
