( )A totally awesome album Review written by Mike Hausenfluck (mehmsadp@earthlink.net), January 22nd, 2005 From the Hip is a great follow-up album to Convertible Music, Josie Cotton's first album. It has more of an "80's" sound than the first album and it really showcases Cotton's vocal nuances. I've listened to this album 100's of times and I just can't get tired of it. I highly recommend this record to those of you who like to hear female voices sing songs with a beat. |
