The Very Best Of Fleetwood Mac ()

An excellent collection of the most popular FM lineup. It was much more representative of their hits and classics than the "Greatest Hits" released in '88. It was, however, missing minor hits, like "Save Me," "Fireflies," "Oh Diane," "Not that Funny," and "Love Shines." In their place was "Go Insane"(which I'm not sure why it was included), "What Makes You Think...("Not that Funny" would have been much better here), "Storms"(which is a beautiful song, but so is "Fireflies" and god knows "Beautiful Child" for that matter), "No Questions Asked," and "As Long As You Follow" (which should have remained on the G.H. album to retain its own identity, instead now there's no reason to buy that collection, if you own the new one.) I know everything can't be included, and still you have a superb anthology of 3 decades of a 5 decade-old Supergroup. Perfect for hardcore fans and "window-shopper" sampling fans alike.
