A Resonant Theatrical Rock Tour de Force Review written by Mr Mango (tsamul@hotmail.com), June 1st, 2005 Stevie Nicks wrote one of her more esoteric and sexiest lyrics for this soundtrack. Her lyrics are performed in the movie by a "Damsel in Distress" who must be saved by a mysterious hero who returns home just to rescue her from her kidnappers. The soundtrack is an adolescent dream-come-true, redolent with heavy bass beats, lyrics that simply drip with suggestive poetry and imagery, and music that forces everyone to dance and leer invitingly at the nearest member of the opposite sex. Its a must-have for any fan of Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks, Meatloaf or fans of screenpays that playout like a good Tarot Card reading archtypical, predictable and vividly rousing.
Quick, poignant, real times rock and roll Review written by Anonymous, June 1st, 2005
The music fits the show, the actors did a great job in this 80's look back at 60's & 70's kids from everybigtown U.S.A. There's the quick pace, the semi-ballad, the experimental all falling into appropiate moments of the show. Good stuff, entertaining!!
