This cd is fun and relaxing at the same time. I have used this cd to listen in the car as well as in the home when meditating. Stevie Nick's "If you Ever Did Believe" and "Lisa Hall's "Is this Real?" can really put you into another dimension or realm. Faith Hill's "This Kiss" and Harry Nilsson's "Coconut" is up beat and fun to dance to, while Marvin Gaye's and Elvis Presely's songs bring a sense of the past forward. My favorite song is Stevie Nick's "Crystal," because of its relation to my spiritual beliefs. Blessed Be!!
